Welcome to the site of the Hillsboro Education Association.

We are affiliates of the Oregon Education Association, the National Education Association, and the Washington County Uniserv.

Our member-run organization and it's affiliates are unique in that we offer the benefits of a union as well as a professional association.

Our goals include maintaining the professional integrity of the teaching profession while working toward a public education system that is world-class in preparation of our future citizens. You may view our purpose as written in our bylaws at About Us.
